Sign Up Form
The standard sign up form includes: Name, email address, Scout Names and Den Numbers (Up to 3 to accommodate families with sibling scouts), number of adults attending, and number of siblings attending.
Do you require a sign-up form?
Do you need any special fields in the form?
(This could include a requested tour time, for example)
When should signups start? When should signups end?
What are the Google IDs that will need access to the signup information?
The back-end of the signup form is a Google Doc Spreadsheet. You will be able to see the signups come in real-time, but you will need to register with Google to get an ID.

Format the words just like you'd like to see on web page. A template is provided below for the standard format, but feel free to improvise if you’d like. If you have special graphic that you’d like to include, send it along too. If your event has been done before, feel free to ask for a copy of last year’s web page.
